Hi, I'm LaTeisha Larkins.
After 15 years in corporate America, I was involuntarily separated from a job I genuinely loved in 2008. Instead of falling apart, I channeled that pain into purpose and launched my own branding consulting business that same year. Then COVID hit in 2020, my business took a significant blow, and I made the difficult decision to return to corporate. Five years later, a restructuring showed me — for the second time — that no job is ever truly yours.
That was the moment I decided, once and for all, to bet on myself.
Today, I am the founder of Lark Avenue Consulting, LLC. and the creator of From Vision to Venture™ — a business planning and development program designed to meet early stage founders and entrepreneurs exactly where they are — and walk them step by step into the business they were always meant to build.
